After studying Architecture in Delft, Lars experienced at Johan Matser Projectontwikkeling (now: Synchroon) what it is like to both develop projects and to be able to guarantee attention to quality. Subsequently, he was able to further develop his skills in area and concept development at Heijmans Vastgoed. His passion: creating innovative buildings with a major impact on their environment and inhabitants.

DubbeLL - Neighborhood developers focuses on high-quality real estate developments, in which we arrive at innovative buildings, concepts, programs, environments and/or typologies together with the environment. This innovation also lies in the form of financing our development tasks; we are fully engaged in construction groups, housing cooperatives, housing associations, etc.
